  1. Weight is only 1/3 of the total picture, my #4HB friend. The other two essentials are body fat and body inches. Notwithstanding the waist measurement going up (which I believe is an outlier probably related to water gain of some kind), I see LOTS of good news in the body inches. Are you keeping up with the body fat metric? While you might not have lost total body weight, the body fat metric would help you understand if your lean mass to fat ration shifted. Basically, you could’ve added muscle and lost fat for a net “no-change.” Keep up the great work! -Ed
