We did this weird leg routine today that really focused on the minor muscle groups of the leg. The parts of your leg you don’t know you have. However, when you go to use say… the toilet… you really understand fully that your leg is a part of your body made of many different and interesting parts, and that our usual routine of walking around, sitting in chairs, stepping up to a porch really just don’t hit those nooks and crannies of your leg. However there is good news. You can do these things with your body you’d never would have thought of before on your own unless you had a personal trainer who spent a lot of time and energy researching these things on their computer machine.
Oh, and we did sprints, and I didn’t fall down and eat shit this time. Hurray!
