This week was doomed. Let’s face it. I was coming off a week prior with Thanksgiving, and there was a ton of bad food choices lingering in the house. However, some choices could have been completely avoided. It just takes a lot better planning and continued focus. However, I’m more excited about this week and the results, for a very special reason I’ll share very shortly. Check out the Results after the Jump!
I have been doing terrible this week. Seriously, terrible. Stressed and Sick, and shaking off the Turkey Day blues. I DO NOT expect that my 2nd and 3rd week back on Slow Carb will be successful. In fact, I’m preparing myself for a huge step backwards. Hell, I had Pizza TWICE this week. McDonalds for Breakfast once as well. Just not focused, and you know why? Because I’m not sticking to my good guns. Hell I didn’t even put on the holster.
That’s okay. I’ll make it work and I’ll recover. I have made the mistake of NOT blogging daily and that has left me with a lack of focus. Change is good. Change without Surgery is hard, but its the choice I’d rather make for myself at this point. I can do this. At least that is what I have to keep telling myself. Sorry for the bad news post. But I need to be honest.
